Mediation and ADR
Our clients frequently seek to resolve disputes without lengthy and expensive litigation. Our attorneys strive to avoid litigation when consistent with our client's needs and objectives. We frequently represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and other alternative methods of dispute resolution. Several of our attorneys are experienced mediators and arbitrators in a wide variety of civil disputes, which gives us additional insight and expertise into the representation of our own clients in those settings.
