Mr. Angell concentrates a large portion of his practice to general civil litigation in both State and Federal Court. He counsels a number of clients, including several municipalities, as well as large insurance companies. Mr. Angell also has experience in Commercial Real Estate, Labor and Employment Law, Civil Rights Actions, and Sports Law.

Mr. Angell is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including motion practice, taking evidence depositions, alternative dispute resolution, and taking jury trials to verdict. He has successfully defended numerous personal injury suits, and has helped negotiate favorable settlements in several other cases.

In addition to litigation, Mr. Angell also spends a great deal of time providing counsel to various municipalities and is experienced with ordinance drafting, contract review, FOIA issues, and defending administrative review suits.

Mr. Angell holds a B.A. from Mercyhurst University, where he was inducted into an International Business Honor Society. Mr. Angell was also a member of the Men’s Basketball team at Mercyhurst, serving as a team Captain. Mr. Angell received his J.D. from The University of Kansas School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Angell served as a Features Writer for the Kansas Law Free Press.
